About CONVX

 

Eric founded CONVX in 2017 to help businesses reshape IT capabilities for cloud-based infrastructure and data solutions using DevOps and automation. 

 

Eric is a 25-year veteran of the IT services industry and has led teams to build a series of successful IT practices from the ground up, including networking, hybrid cloud, managed services, and security. He was previously the CTO and Director of Technology for MSN Communications, a top regional IT firm serving the western US (acquired by TDS Telecom).

Eric holds a BS degree in computer science along with some of the industry's highest certifications, including Cisco CCIE Emeritus and AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional. 

 

Donna brings over 30 years of experience as a financial executive for technology companies navigating through periods of high-growth; raising over $100M in venture, debt, and public financings; mergers, and acquisitions (M&A) on both the buy and sell-side; public offerings, and reverse mergers (SPACs). 

From 2015-2019 Donna served as the CEO/Executive Director of StarterStudio a nonprofit tech accelerator and pre-seed fund. She continues to serve on the board of directors continuing her role expanding the innovative economy in Florida by growing, coaching, and investing in technology companies.  

Donna holds a BBA degree in accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.  

 

 

Lilian is a tech company co-founder, business and product strategy executive, and go-to-market leader who has led cross-functional teams to build and scale highly competitive offerings in fast-growing market segments. 

Beginning at Microsoft, her drive for innovation led her to co-found multiple startups with exits to acquirers such as Siemens, Google, and Aetna, as well as key roles with companies including IBM. 

Lilian is a Mentor for the NASDAQ Entrepreneurial Center, a university Entrepreneur-in-Residence, a healthcare industry Innovation coach, an Instructor at a Tech Accelerator, and a strategic Advisor to a number of companies. 

 

 

Matt Marshall is CONVX’s practice lead for cloud automation. He brings over 20 years of industry experience in IaaS, IT automation, and security to his work at CONVX. 

Matt’s industry experience includes software engineering, advising and directing enterprise infrastructure projects, leading DevOps efforts, and designing and implementing cloud architectures for high-security government clients. He was previously the senior technology advisor for Connection System and Director of Enterprise Infrastructure for DarkMatter. 

Matt holds the CISSP certification, the gold standard of certification for information security professionals. 

 

 

 

Mark Callison is CONVX's senior data architect and brings over 14 years of experience in data system design, architecture, and engineering.

Mark is an expert in architecting and engineering robust data systems across many applications and platforms. As a critical thinker, Mark has developed state-of-the-art data fabric solutions for E-Commerce, distribution center data systems, complex data integrations, proprietary management systems, and data warehouses. Mark excels in data processes and standards to ensure security, scalability, and continuous availability of data systems.

Mark holds a MS in data analytics, BS in computer science, and is certified in Data Preparation, Analytics, and Advanced Data Modeling. 

  

 

Lynn Sheffield is CONVX’s project manager, bringing over 13 years of project management experience to drive client success. 

Lynn excels in building strong relationships with project stakeholders and advocating for CONVX’s clients. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong communication skills are critical in CONVX’s ability to consistently hit project milestones, as Lynn ensures project deliverables arrive on time and within budget. With experiences across industries from mining to healthcare, plus previous teaching experience,  Lynn is motivated by tackling new challenges. Lynn eagerly embraces each new customer to deliver successful outcomes on every project.

Lynn holds both BSc in biology and BEd in secondary education. 

 

Steven Abramowitz is CONVX's marketing director who brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, strategy, operations, acquisition, and communications.  

In addition to co-founding a highly successful winter sports brand, Steven is data-driven with a wealth of hands-on experience leading marketing teams, developing strategies, and executing digital campaigns for early-stage and public companies. Steven has also consulted many organizations, collaborated to develop an award-winning MSP partner program, and was instrumental in bringing an Information Rights Management company to a successful exit.

Steven holds an MBA in marketing and a BS in political science.
